Owned and operated by Purple Blueberry Inc. This is only a summary of Basic Campground Rules. Management has the authority to apply new rules and evict campers to maintain safety.
By using Ainslie Village Campground, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the campground, including but not limited to any loss of time or money, personal injury, property damage, or any other harm or inconvenience.
We do not assume any responsibility for any adverse weather conditions or natural disasters that may occur during your camping trip or during any related travel. It is your responsibility to be prepared for any weather conditions and to take necessary precautions to ensure your safety and well-being.
We do not assume any responsibility for any bad experiences or dissatisfaction you may experience, including but not limited to issues with our campground or other amenities.
By using Ainslie Village Campground , you agree to hold us harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, and losses that may arise from your use of the campground and facilities.
Loud Noise - Disturbing Other Persons
Be considerate. Please keep the volume of your music, voices and other noise to a reasonable level. Absolutely no fighting (verbally or physically). Interfering with anyone else's use or enjoyment of the campground, day or night is contrary to campground rules. Also DO NOT walk through any other sites. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.
Friday and Saturday night till Midnight.
Garbage
Campers must put their garbage into the garbage bin. The following items are NOT to be placed in the bins: metals, plastics, hazardous waste, propane cylinders, barbecues, batteries, lawn chairs, etc. Please leave your campsite in a neat and clean condition. Please use caution with your toilets, no paper towels, sanitary napkins ,tampons, wipes or diapers.
Speed Limits
Speed limits in the campground are 15 kmh. DRIVE SLOW, or you will be removed from the campground.
Pets
Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, not aggressive and not left unattended outside your trailer.
Bicycles
No riding bicycles after dark
Campfires
Only 1 campfire per site and only to be allowed in a designated fire pit/ring. Do not retire for the night or leave your site until the fire is out. All fires to be kept at a controllable level. Burning pallets, leaves, trash, scrap lumber , or furniture is prohibited.
Swimming
The pool and waterfront are unsupervised at the campground (no lifeguards). Swim at your own risk. Never swim alone. Use the buddy system. Watch children and non-swimmers at all times.
Boating, Waterskiing, Jet-skiing, Etc.
Act safely and in accordance with the regulations when boating, water-skiing, jet-skiing, etc. All water craft are forbidden in swimming areas and in areas directly adjacent to the swimming area. Management reserves the right to deny use at their sole discretion.
Unlicensed Motor Vehicles, All Terrain Vehicles/Golf Carts
ATV's, off-road motorcycles or any other unlicensed vehicles can only be used in the campground if the user is a minimum age of 16 and has taken and passed any safety course required by the government of Nova Scotia (proof of which must be provided on request). Also the user must show proof of insurance coverage against accident or damage on request. The campground reserves the right to terminate this privilege to any camper who violates this rule or to evict campers to maintain safety
Please note that ATV's, Golf Carts,etc...will no longer be allowed to be used at the Campground after dark. Anyone caught using will be given a 1st warning or if caught using recklessly, will be asked to leave the campground.
Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in any of the campground buildings. You must be 10 meters away from any entrance.
Cannabis
Occupants shall not cultivate, produce or distribute cannabis anywhere on the campground. Legal consumption or smoking is permitted on the Occupant's site only and is not allowed in the Campground Owner's RV or the common areas of the campground: however in the event that the consumption or smoking on the site is the subject of valid nuisance complaints by other Occupants or their visitors, as determined solely by Management, then further restrictions may be deemed necessary by Management.
PLEASE NOTE: ANYONE EVICTED FROM THE CAMPGROUND DUE TO BAD BEHAVIOR (FIGHTING, HATE SPEECH, BULLYING, ETC ) WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THEIR PAYMENT.
